Hester, Heitel & Associates Employee Benefits Department offers benefits programs to employers of all sizes. Our team works with clients ranging in size from 2 employees up to 500. We specialize in designing programs of insurance for new and existing clients, providing affordable, flexible and innovative benefits solutions. We offer group medical, dental, life, and disability products from many different insurance companies (Please refer to the partners tab on our main navigation for a list of companies).
Our first responsibility is to provide a comprehensive benefit program at a competitive price. Our team plays an active role in the process from beginning to end. The process begins with an initial meeting with the employer to determine their company's specific needs. After obtaining this information, we market it to the many insurance companies we represent. Next, we create and present personalized benefit proposals to compare plan options. Upon selection of a plan, we conduct enrollment meetings where employees are provided with information about their benefits and how best to utilize the plan for their needs.
Finally, Hester, Heitel & Associates become part of your team by working on your behalf to provide all aspects of customer service including claims and billing issues, benefit questions, and product information.
